Lenaye Marsten was certified at the Rolf Institute of Structural Integration in 1994. Since that time she has dedicated herself to her Rolfing Practice as well as studying Cranio-Sacral Therapy, Visceral Manipulation, Spinal Mechanics, Somatic Experiencing, Trauma Energetics-TM, Energy Work, Access Bars-TM, as well as various osteopathic techniques.

She received her Advanced Rolfing® Certification in 1998. She also holds a B.A. in Fine Arts from DePauw University, along with post-graduate work at the University of Wisconsin and the University of Massachusetts. She now is a Rolfing Practitioner in Southern Maine, where she lives with her husband and two children.
